Welcome to AstroEye. This Consultation Payout Policy ("Policy") governs the earnings, payout structures, timelines, and financial compliance requirements for independent astrologers offering services on the AstroEye platform operated by NovaEdge System Pvt. Ltd.
 
By registering as an astrologer on the platform, you agree to comply with the terms laid out in this policy.
 
 
1. Earnings & Revenue Share Structure
  • Gross Earnings: The total amount paid by users for chat, audio call, or video call consultations calculated based on your specific per-minute rate.
  • Platform Commission: AstroEye charges a fixed standard commission fee of 45% on all gross consultation earnings for platform maintenance, payment gateway fees, operational overheads, and user acquisition costs.
  • Net Share: Your net earnings will be 55% of the gross earnings generated from completed sessions.
 
 
2. Payout Eligibility & Minimum Threshold
  • Minimum Balance: Astrologers are eligible to request a withdrawal once their wallet balance reaches a minimum threshold of ₹1,000.00.
  • Verification Status: No payouts will be processed unless bank account details or a valid UPI ID have been successfully linked and verified under the partner dashboard.
 
 
3. Payment Modes & Processing Timelines
Astrologers can choose between the following withdrawal channels:
  • Instant UPI Transfer: Typically credited within 15 minutes of the request under standard operational hours.
  • Net Banking / IMPS: Direct bank account transfers take between 24 to 48 working hours depending on your banking institution's clearance cycles.
 
 
4. Tax Compliance & Deductions (TDS)
  • Tax Deduction at Source (TDS): In accordance with government regulations, a mandatory 10% TDS is automatically deducted from all eligible payouts.
  • PAN Requirement: A valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) must be provided during onboarding. Failure to provide a verified PAN card will result in a higher tax deduction rate as mandated by the law.
  • TDS Certificates: Astrologers can access and download their Form 16A / TDS Certificate directly from the 'Reports' section of the dashboard at the conclusion of each financial quarter.
 
 
5. Refund & Dispute Adjustments
  • User Disputes: If a user files a legitimate dispute regarding technical disruption, poor audio/video quality, or missing consultation time, AstroEye reserves the right to review the session log.
  • Earnings Reversal: If a user refund is approved due to platform technical faults or verified astrologer negligence, the corresponding net earnings for that specific session will be adjusted and deducted from your current wallet balance.
 
 
6. Policy Amendments
AstroEye reserves the right to modify this Consultation Payout Policy at any given time. Any updates to platform commission fees, thresholds, or timelines will be communicated to registered astrologers via dashboard announcements and updated directly on this page.
